Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using itsme invoicey through the web application and Android application.

Effective date: 8 November 2026

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and ITSMe Technology for your use of itsme invoicey at itsmesto.lk, including its Android application and related support services. By creating an account, signing in or using the service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Business tool notice: itsme invoicey helps you organise business records and documents. It is not tax, legal, accounting, lending or investment advice. You remain responsible for checking the accuracy and legal suitability of documents before sending or relying on them.

2. Accounts and access

  • Provide accurate account and business information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep usernames, passwords, verification codes, recovery email access and administrator access private.
  • Only invite people who are authorised to access your company workspace. Assign permissions appropriate to their work.
  • Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, a lost device or a compromised password.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where caused by our confirmed security failure.

Company workspaces are separated by account membership and permissions. A user must not attempt to view or change another company’s records.

3. Business records and documents

You may use the service to manage customers, suppliers, products, services, stock, quotations, proforma invoices, final invoices, payments, purchases, expenses, projects, profitability, loss coverage, warranty records, repair intake and reports.

You keep responsibility for the content you enter, including customer and supplier information, prices, tax details, bank instructions, payment terms, attachments and document recipients. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload or process information about other people.

Document conversions and links are provided as workflow tools. Review the source document, customer details, line items, costs, payments, terms and totals before issuing a quotation, proforma invoice, invoice, purchase document, goods-received note or warranty record.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use itsme invoicey to:

  • break the law, commit fraud, impersonate another person or create misleading business records;
  • access another company, account, document, attachment, backup or personal information without permission;
  • upload malware, unlawful material, content that infringes another person’s rights, or files designed to disrupt the service;
  • probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, bypass security controls or interfere with another user’s access; or
  • send unsolicited, deceptive or unlawful messages using the service or its email features.

We may investigate suspected misuse, preserve relevant security records and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, records or the service.

5. Backups, hosting and availability

The service may create application-managed backups and may use hosting, email delivery, authentication and infrastructure providers. Backups are intended to support recovery but are not a substitute for keeping an independent copy of records that your business must retain.

We work to keep the web and Android services available and secure, but maintenance, network failures, provider outages, device problems, updates and events outside our reasonable control can interrupt service. We may update, repair or change features when needed to operate or improve the product.

Before restoring a backup or changing a financial record, confirm the company, backup date, source and intended result. A restore can replace or merge app-managed records according to the available restore workflow.

6. Ownership and feedback

ITSMe Technology and its licensors retain rights in the itsme invoicey software, interface, branding, documentation and service materials. These terms give you a limited right to use the service for your business while your account is permitted to access it.

You retain rights in the business information and files you submit. You allow us to host, process, back up and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. If you send feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without owing you compensation.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account or company deletion through the available account controls or by contacting us. We may suspend or restrict access for suspected misuse, security risk, non-payment where a paid plan applies, legal requirements or a material breach of these terms.

Where the service provides a deletion workflow, it may immediately block access and permanently remove app-managed company records, attachments and backups after the selected deadline. Information that must be retained by law, unresolved dispute records and normal provider backup expiry may remain for the period required.

8. Important limits

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every business process. You should verify important totals, tax treatment, payment status, inventory movement, backup results and exported documents before relying on them.

Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, ITSMe Technology is not responsible for indirect loss, lost opportunity, lost profit, loss caused by inaccurate user data, or copies of records kept outside the service.
